What a Satsuma week! We have overwhelmed with 1200kg mandarins and within 1 day we received promptly responses from our Imperfect Rescue Community, local community food pantries, Kai Collective Te Awaroa, Pataka Kai Stands in the West, LifeBoat Community in Browns Bay and Everybody Eats. Unfortunately, these over-ripen mandarins are too sweet so can't hold for too long, lots of them we missed best time after all. However, we still made over 400kg satsuma mandarins redistributed to communities, families in need within 3days! There'll be lots of fun time at home, especially in kitchen everyone is busy making jams, cakes and just gobbling them.
